At Festmarket, we aim to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. We understand that there may be instances where you may want to return or exchange a product. Our Return and Refund policy is designed to make the process simple and hassle-free.
- There will only be refunds in certain conditions such as expired product, manufacturing defect, wrong product received, and subject to Festmarket approval on customer’s request (must be unused or unworn items).
- If your return request is accepted by Festmarket, you have to self-ship the order(s) to avail refund for the product amount.
- Refunds will be issued when your returned order(s) is accepted successfully (without any damage/defect, and the name/brand/image/serial number/Article number/bar code should match).
- Your product(s) is eligible for a ‘ONE-TIME’ return if you have received a defective product(s) in terms of a manufacturing defect, OR if a wrong product(s) is shipped to you. Customer has to ship back the order(s).
Return Request Window & Rules:
- You must raise a return request within 7 business days of delivery and return the product(s) to Festmarket within 20 days if approved.
- If you receive a defective/wrong product(s), you must inform Festmarket within 48 hours of delivery with valid unboxing video, images, and other proofs.
- You are responsible for return shipping (self-ship) with the carrier of your choice.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged with no exceptions.
- We will not accept any return if the item shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been changed from its original condition in any way.
- We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse or improper care.
- Returns are inspected and processed by our returns department within 10 business days after receiving the returns.
International orders typically require 15-20 days for delivery, subject to factors such as your country, location, and unforeseen circumstances. Our utmost priority is to ensure prompt service, and we also offer express shipment options for select countries. Festmarket makes every determination to satisfy all the order(s) placed. However, please note that there may be specific order(s) that we are not able to process and must cancel. The reason(s) may include limits on quantities available for buying, errors or inaccuracies in product(s), natural calamities, stock & pricing information, or concerns identified by our fraud or credit avoidance department.

Customs and Import Duties:
Taxes and Duties for international Order(s) are not included as part of shipping charge(s) and product(s). You will need to pay the applicable taxes and duties directly to the courier/shipping agency at the time of delivery after you take an invoice from the courier/shipping agent. In case of non-payment of taxes and duties to receive the shipment, Festmarket will not be able to consider a request for a refund, return, or any form of compensation. It’s essential to be informed about your local customs regulations and be prepared for any additional charges.
Prohibited Items for International Shipments:
Every country has specific regulations and restrictions on the types of items that can be imported. Before placing an order with FestMarket, we strongly recommend our international customers to verify if the product they wish to purchase is allowed in their country. FestMarket strives to offer a vast range of genuine products that are compliant with Indian regulations. However, we cannot be responsible for items that are seized or rejected by customs in the recipient’s country due to local prohibitions or restrictions.
- Responsibility on Orders: It’s the buyer’s duty to ensure they are not ordering items restricted in their country. If an order is confiscated or rejected at customs because it contains prohibited items, FestMarket will not be able to provide a refund or compensation for the order.
- Research & Clarification: If you are uncertain about your country’s import regulations, we suggest checking with your local customs office or a trusted import/export resource. Our customer service team can also provide product details if needed, but final responsibility rests with the buyer to determine the product’s acceptability in their country.
