Festmarket creates and crafts Jewelry accessories lovingly by hand, and each finished jewel goes through the quality check before listing on the website or reaching to the buyer. We aim to touch the uppermost possible quality standards unmatched in the industry at each level of our organization. If there’s a concern with product(s) that you have received, we’re here to help you.
- There will only be refund(s) in certain conditions such as manufacturing defect, wrong product received, and subject to Festmarket approval on customer’s request (must be unused or unworn items). If your return request is accepted by Festmarket, you have to ship back (self-ship) the order(s) to avail refund for the product amount. Refund will be issued when your returned order(s) is accepted successfully (without any damage/defect, and the name/brand/image/serial number/Article number/bar code should match).
- Your product(s) is eligible for a ‘ONE-TIME’ return if you have received a defective product(s) in terms of a manufacturing defect, OR if a wrong product(s) is shipped to you. Customer has to ship back the order(s).
- Given the nature of our product(s), we reserve the sole decision to offer resolution as we believe fit. Every exchange or return request is given as an individual case.
Return Request Window & Rules:
- Customer should raise the return request within 7 business days of delivery and, if approved, must return to Festmarket within 20 days.
- If customer receives defect/wrong product(s), must inform Festmarket within 48hrs of delivery with valid unboxing video, images, and other proofs.
- Customer will be responsible for return shipping (self-ship) with the carrier of his/her choice.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged with no exceptions.
- Festmarket will not accept any return if the item shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been changed from its original condition in any way.
- We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse or improper care.
- Returns are inspected and processed by our returns department within 10 business days after the returns are received.
- There is free shipping on selected Order(s).
- Domestic delivery usually takes 2-6 business days*.
- International order(s) are usually delivered within 7-10 business days*. Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in India are excluded from business days.
- International shipments are not qualified for exchange or returns, in any case.

We can contact our courier partner(s) and work to deliver a hassle-free shopping experience, but product delay is not in our hands. Festmarket makes every determination to satisfy all the order(s) placed. However, please note that there may be specific order(s) that we are not able to process and must cancel. The reason(s) may include limits on quantities available for buying, errors or inaccuracies in product(s), natural calamities, stock & pricing information, or concerns identified by our fraud or credit avoidance department. Customer will be informed about the order cancellation and refund will be initiate accordingly, if any.

Customs and Import Duties:
Taxes and Duties for international Order(s) are not included as part of shipping charge(s) and product(s). You will need to pay the applicable taxes and duties directly to the courier /shipping agency at the time of delivery after you take an invoice from the courier/shipping agent. In case of non-payment of taxes and duties to receive the shipment, Festmarket will not be able to consider a request for refund.
